While preparing to flip from New York City to Houston, founder

Skyra Thomas, discovered a lack of community and information solely focused on relocation. In August of 2016, a mere month after Skyra's flip to Houston, Flip the Zip was created to support others the way in which she needed when preparing for such a huge transition.
